Leaving Illinois to spend January February 2014 in Southern California made the fine weather there seem 'temporary'. Two days after the Illinois departure an 8 inch snowstorm howled in and dropped the temperatures to sub-zero. Getting the news of the unfortunate weather front that had come in I related back that it going to take some adjustment getting used to the San Diego area climate, probably an hour or two.

Seeking Miss Liberty
Of current times:
Many on the watchtowers are hailing or predicting or lamenting or warning of an impending crisis our nation and world faces due to the 'coming to maturity' of much debt to which our nation has become beholden or responsible for or burdened by. The greater outcry points to the speed by which this indebtedness has come about. The faint of heart probably shouldn't review the web page which shows the USA debt clock racking up over ?? - it was $54,000 a second about nine months ago. Might be close to 58 K by now. That is 60 times a minute every minute of the day our debt and interest to pay it off increases by that amount.
The sums are more than likely accurate though many would they were not. It would be rousing if we were seeing two or three misplaced or erroneous zeros. That scenario is unlikely. We will want to lop off ten zeroes by the time ....
How then we are asking did this come about? In much of this ado citizens of this nation will find that participation in a global community is not accomplished duty or dues free. Participation internationale is voluntary and requires internal financing. Monetary funds exist only through sponsorship and contributing. That money normally would not be seen to be cycled back in a financial sense but more in the direction of cause and effect. If support given struggling entities (nations) succeeds, future times witness the harvest of those invested resources in the form of greater trade or enhanced ability on the part of the once assisted nations to stand forth when other less fortunate populations or national entities require assistance.
In much of the above America has seen the necessity of so participating, at times to added distress, other times to success but always we feel with the intent to engender that which will be right as stewards under our Creator's guidance. The cost of the wars which have given us much of the debt with which we now find our country aligned has been great indeed. Expand that consideration of war to other fronts where we as a nation seek to act as fiduciary.
In that we will be examining all that has to do with regulating traffic crossing our international borders, controlling materials of every ilk with emphasis on those whose chemical natures require much diligence and speciality of handling, dispersal and continual surveilance. Add to that the continuing need of educating and establishing guidelines for the all that involves life and living in relationship to one another in community and state. Dealing with what has come to be incessant resistance by some (groups) to that which is considered obviously required or pragmatic has been costly. Nefarious acts alone have cost billions in the past decade. We as taxpayers have become hostage to the effects of extortionists. The cost of healing and care for health has skyrocketed to levels where the very purpose and delivery of that for which the rendering institutions have come into existence is cost prohibitive to those most in need of such service. Of what value is a treatment when its cost results in the victim needing such leaving the healing center less able to exist because of the weight which the cost of the treatment has cast upon them?
These things have crept in slowly during the twilight times of societal alertness. They have become present due to the fact that our country's culture was founded and principled by the fundamentals of the honor system, the golden rule and even the Ten Comandments. The thread of feasiblility running through all that bases such envisions a peoples strong of will, constitution, mind and spirit who carry the torch which was passed by ancestry. That torch is our dearly loved freedom. The honor system has allowed all that was built in our country to come into being and the fractures it has suffered have in part been brought by violations of that beneficent system of life. Oh it will happen wherever honor is required or expected to be the binding cord which makes it possible. It happens on a large scale when leaders display other than exemplary behavior in relation to the public or honorary resources and those following and seeing corruption happening assume they will as well take what they want, do as they will regardless of community consequences. Too often the oner of being caught at what they might do is what drives them to success in such, not the worth of what is being sought or taken or done.
In total, along with the trifling number of errancies mentioned above, it is this sort of movement amidst our living which has caused and is represented by dollars due which is the cause of the gigantic debt we now, as a nation, stand beneath. Just thought you'd like to know.
The summary is the situation as seen from a viewpoint encompassing the whole of what has come to be and not from citing the various individual incidents causing accumulation in part but adding in the end to the accrued indebtedness. The point is, it appears that when the dollar amounts being dealt with, considered and actually transacted reached the level of staggering proportions there were amongst those dealing with such sums, individuals who felt that their assigning to themselves generous but unwarranted rewards was of merit. Thinking so they proceeded to deal themselves fractions of the monies passing through their hands. In past eras it was termed embezzlement and when corrected such acts were countered by imprisonment and other penalties. Where it has headed today and how it is or will be termed is anyone's guess. Those participating have stealthily insured their acts with wordsmiths who precede public exclamation and protest with anticipatory interplay. The favor exchange mills work overtime to provide spin enough to cover many illicit moves within the financial framework that has come to be.
If such were beneficial to the economy it seems the economy then would be in great shape and working people would abound and life would be good. But that is not the case. The most often heard financial commment to day is; 'The rich get richer while the poor get poorer'. In most cases rich people are smart people but are they that much smarter? Is the human mind so weak that when given the responsibility to handle giant dollar amounts a percentage of the handlers cave in to temptation and feel that since the figures are so large and the amounts so great that a few million here and there will never be missed? Have they been granted or have they just taken the laxity of estimating rather than accounting accurately for our hard earned and paid tax money and then assigned themselves the feeling that their oversight is simply a little gratuity taken for the pressure of having been exposed to such ludicrous amounts of money? What are the millions of people who have thereby been effected supposed to feel back at that?
The impending issue comes to be; Does corruption in high places lead to subversion in low places? Will infraction lead to reaction? Will the innocent bear the injustice of injury meted out inselectively, blindly spewed from angry mobs? Let us hope that instead, a means of repairing damage, repaying self indulgent generosity and restoring acceptable reality will prevail. History is filled with fallen societies which failed in the making of counter measures.

DO UFO's BOTHER YOU
Hoping to make this a quick post I'll cut to the chase. Ever since mankind began to communicate the exchanges were pretty much intended to progress the distribution of awareness about nearly everything. For aeons the communication pertained to the local environment and was quite limited but in this age of advanced media we have witnessed a geometric explosion of not only that which is communicated but also the means by which it is passed around.
If we factor in the ways in which media has become involved in economic end games we might begin to perceive the possibility of inconsistencies in all that communication involves. This pretty neatly gets us up to the bar where the long time existent but rare sightings of unidentifiable flying objects has become a controversial topic. The controversy most likely stems from our present ability to summarize an event and get information about it distributed globally in very short order, this, juxtaposed against the inability to factually prove the existence of UFOs.
If the entirety were based on theory only, in the beginning and continued thereat, it would be a completely different situation. However, the claims by many that UFOs exist as physical realities and can be perceived by physical eyes leads to many a merry chase and perhaps, historically to some unfortunate, serious physical altercations. The point we need to deal with gets beyond opinion and arguing the obvious and that point is whether or not a global public needs forthright and timely information that is qualified by the government for which they have paid.
To date, when information regarding anything UFO is encountered it is generally not sanctioned by any government other than in a neutral and ambiguous sense. It seems to be the general consensus that UFOs are not an area of expertise that governmental bodies espouse.They prefer to keep their knowledge or opinions locked away. Fine and dandy but upon examining the reason for such censoring we find that there is a fear for the fear and panic factor which might initiate mayhem and chaos amongst such a governed body.
Now, if a thought, that something unidentifiable is going to generate a broad hysteria across a nation or planet, is capable of locking up actual factual information which may or may not exist, where do we file the daily feed about the atrocities perpetrated on those same publics? Are we expected to put the constantly inflowing accounts of murder and genocide and robbery, torture and extortion and bludgeonings in the little place where we have no fear and such information doesn't bother us?
I find the conditions between the two conflicting. It almost points out that whoever is in those UFOs must be running the media and governments as well. Does anyone know? You see, that's just it. We either have it only as rumor or don't have it because it is of secrets shared and we, generally, aren't amongst the sharers. No big deal then. Well, if we paid for it and aren't getting it does that make a difference?
Summing it up: The difference is this, if that which is UFO is actually of great significance and if you knew the truth therein this day, you would be then of a blown mind, perhaps even of a severly blown mind, then it is a case of being protected. We are being protected. Yea. But wait.. If we are being sheltered from the effects of such knowing, then how did that which is protecting us survive the ordeal of having come to know??? There must be a sea of sufferers then if we assign governments as our protectorates and assume a league of insiders who know the truth. Can that be without a definite Denver boot of overriding protectionism and isolationism governing the distribution of the actual factual concerning such?
UFOs are definitely mysterious and I think we should continue to pursue information and understanding of their apparent existence without the jeopardy of foolish moves against conventional barriers to such awares. Weigh in where you will but don't draw lines in the sand for "the times they, are a changin' " and we may very well be dealing with those changes soon.

The United States' Constitution since its origin
THE TENS AND HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF PAGES OF AMENDMENTS AND LAWS REGARDING THE FOUNDING CONSTITUTION OF THE USA ARE TOO MUCH FOR THE AVERAGE PERSON'S COMPREHENSION AND PERUSAL. IT HAS BECOME THE THOUSAND POUND GORILLA SITTING AT THE BREAKFAST TABLE.
APPARENTLY IT IS A NECESSARY EVIL PROMULGATED TO COPE WITH THE THINGS THAT HAVE COME AND GONE SINCE THE FOUNDING PAPERS WERE FIRST PUT FORTH. HAS THIS HAPPENED SIMPLY IN LIGHT OF SEMANTICS AND PARSING? HAS THIS BEEN NECESSARY DUE TO THE MULTIPLE MEANINGS, POTENTIAL INNUENDO AND SOMETIMES AMBIGUOUS DIRECTIONS THAT WORDS IN THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE CAN TAKE? ARE WE FOREVER SUBJUGATED TO LITIGATING EVERY BIT OF MINUTIAE SUFACING OR HEAD FAKE COMING INTO PLAY IN ORDER TO GIVE OUR 'SEA TO SHINING SEA' CONTINUANCE IN THIS COSMIC DANCE?
I SUSPECT THAT MUCH OF THE EMBROIDERY SURROUNDING THE CONSTITUTION HAS TO DO WITH THE SYNTAX OF ENGLISH. WHERE THERE IS A DOOR MANY WILL ENTER, EACH WITH VARIOUS INTENT. I ALSO SUSPECT THAT EVEN IF THE INTENDED MEANING OF THE WRITTEN WORD IS OBVIOUS THERE ARE ONES WHO WILL TAKE THE OTHER POSSIBLE DIRECTIONS FOR THE PURPOSE OF SERVING THEIR OWN INTERESTS. SOME WILL ENTER TO ENHANCE, SOME TO PROFIT. ARE THE ENDLESS TWISTS AND TURNS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY? OR WILL IT CONTINUE TO GENERATE A MISASMATIC BLINDNESS WHERE STEALTH WILL HAVE ITS DAY?
GIVEN THE SPIN WE ARE SEEING IN TODAY'S GOVERNMENTAL STATE I THINK WE ARE LANGUISHING IN THE OUTWORKINGS OF THE ABOVE, A WEB NOW TOO GREAT TO ALLOW ESCAPE. IS THAT THE PRESENT AND FUTURE REALITY? IS THERE ANYONE OR ANY GROUP WHO OR WHICH IS CAPABLE OF PERFORMING A "RECONSTITUTION"? WHAT WOULD BE MISSING WHEN IT WAS FINISHED? WOULD THE MISSING PARTS BE SUPPLIED BY WHAT IS AHEAD, IN THE FUTURE?
CAN THERE BE TIMELESS VALUES AND ETERNAL TRUTHS IN THE PHYSICAL WORLD, HERE ON EARTH WHERE THE FACT OF ONGOING, INESCAPABLE CONTINUOUS CHANGE MAY BE THE ONLY UNCHANGING REALITY? THE FOUNDING FATHERS OF AMERICA EXHIBITED HOPE UNCEASING WITH THEIR DECLARATIONS THAT THERE CERTAINLY ARE . WERE THOSE DECLARATIONS ONLY THE RESULT OF DIRE EVENTS AND RESOUNDING TRIBULATIONS ?
NOT SO IS MY ESTIMATION. FOR THEM IN THEIR TIMES, THE TRUTH THROUGH TRIAL HAD BEEN LAID BARE AND IT FORMED THE CONTENT FOR OUR NATION'S START. IN THEIR FAR SEEING VISIONS, SUPERIOR WISDOM AND PRAYERS FOR DIVINE GUIDANCE THEY PROVIDED THE ONLY FRAMEWORK WHICH WOULD TAKE THE NATION TO ITS LIFE IN THE FUTURE, DAY BY DAY. TO STATE THE OBVIOUS, IT WAS DEDICATED TO HUMANITY WHO WOULD BECOME AMERICANS AND NOT JUST THEIR PRESENT DAY AMERICANS.
WE ARE BOUND BY THOSE GIFTS FROM THE PAST TO DO THE SAME.
THE LAWS WE KNOW GOVERN OUR INTERACTIONS IN THE PHYSICAL WORLD UPON WHICH WE LIVE BUT THERE ARE LAWS WHICH AREN'T ENFORCEABLE AND THEY AREN'T REALLY LAWS SUCH AS THE PHYSICAL LAWS THAT KEEP SOCIETY STABLE AND ARE ENFORCED BY PENALTY. USUALLY VALUES AND TRUTHS ARE BOUND UP IN WHY LAWS ARE NECESSARY AND ARE PUT INTO EFFECT BY GOVERNING BODIES FOR INSURING DOMESTIC TRANQUILITY. THE IDEA OF LAWS APPLYING TO THE METAPHYSICAL WHERE TIMELESS TRUTHS AND ETERNAL VALUES HOLD SWAY RUNS MORE IN THE VEIN OF INTRINSIC CAUSALITY SUCH AS THE LAW OF GRAVITY OR THE EFFECTS FROM THE MERRY GO ROUND OF KARMA.

WHAT WOULD BE MISSING WHEN IT WAS FINISHED? WOULD THE MISSING PARTS BE SUPPLIED BY WHAT IS AHEAD, IN THE FUTURE?
CAN THERE BE TIMELESS VALUES AND ETERNAL TRUTHS IN THE PHYSICAL WORLD, HERE ON EARTH WHERE THE FACT OF ONGOING, INESCAPABLE CONTINUOUS CHANGE MAY BE THE ONLY UNCHANGING REALITY? THE FOUNDING FATHERS OF AMERICA EXHIBITED HOPE UNCEASING WITH THEIR DECLARATIONS THAT THERE CERTAINLY ARE . WERE THOSE DECLARATIONS ONLY THE RESULT OF DIRE EVENTS AND RESOUNDING TRIBULATIONS ?
NOT SO IS MY ESTIMATION. FOR THEM IN THEIR TIMES, THE TRUTH THROUGH TRIAL HAD BEEN LAID BARE AND IT FORMED THE CONTENT FOR OUR NATION'S START. IN THEIR FAR SEEING VISIONS, SUPERIOR WISDOM AND PRAYERS FOR DIVINE GUIDANCE THEY PROVIDED THE ONLY FRAMEWORK WHICH WOULD TAKE THE NATION TO ITS LIFE IN THE FUTURE, DAY BY DAY. TO STATE THE OBVIOUS, IT WAS DEDICATED TO HUMANITY WHO WOULD BECOME AMERICANS AND NOT JUST THEIR PRESENT DAY AMERICANS.
WE ARE BOUND BY THOSE GIFTS FROM THE PAST TO DO THE SAME.
THE LAWS WE KNOW GOVERN OUR INTERACTIONS IN THE PHYSICAL WORLD UPON WHICH WE LIVE BUT THERE ARE LAWS WHICH AREN'T ENFORCEABLE AND THEY AREN'T REALLY LAWS SUCH AS THE PHYSICAL LAWS THAT KEEP SOCIETY STABLE AND ARE ENFORCED BY PENALTY. USUALLY VALUES AND TRUTHS ARE BOUND UP IN WHY LAWS ARE NECESSARY AND ARE PUT INTO EFFECT BY GOVERNING BODIES FOR INSURING DOMESTIC TRANQUILITY. THE IDEA OF LAWS APPLYING TO THE METAPHYSICAL WHERE TIMELESS TRUTHS AND ETERNAL VALUES HOLD SWAY RUNS MORE IN THE VEIN OF INTRINSIC CAUSALITY SUCH AS THE LAW OF GRAVITY OR THE EFFECTS FROM THE MERRY GO ROUND OF KARMA.

Trouble in Deep Water
I will be importing comment mails I've sent regarding conditions that are building in the Pacific Ocean. Your comments and additions, updates, etc are very important on these in light of the devastating facts regarding the giant whorl of unremovable plastic debris that has accumulated there. LET'S NOT MISS THE BOAT ON THIS ONE. The world is going to need one hundred percent population participation if we are going to survive to a good life on earth.

State of the Pyramid
Best of luck to the new Egypt. Eighty million people are hoping to find a new way of living as a nation. These are crucial days in the birth of that dream. One of the problems with government shaped like a pyramid - there isn't much room at the top. But, should there be? With the right admin it could work alright but that is a big order.
